1. Agreement to These Terms

Welcome to Invention-Spark AI, an AI-powered invention platform operated by Edward Martinez. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Using the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old (or have a guardian's consent) to use the service.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.

3. Your Inventions and Content

You own the inventions, ideas, and content you create with Invention-Spark AI. We claim no ownership over them. Because the service uses artificial intelligence, we strongly encourage you to perform your own patent searches and prior art research — the tools in this app are informational aids, not legal advice, and don't replace a qualified patent attorney or agent.

4. AI-Generated Output

Generated inventions, research, mockups, and reports are produced by AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to existing works. You are responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it, commercializing it, or sharing it with partners.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We don't provide legal or patent-filing services, and subscription fees are for access to the platform's tools.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the service, or use it to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated inventions or market research.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account section of the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for non-payment.
